PERSONALIZED TRAINING METHOD
Today, before setting the goals and putting a training method together, there is measuring one’s fitness. By that, we get a real picture about one’s physical fitness and loadability. From that point, we are able to estimate where do we start the process, and can pay attention to the improvement.
Going into training with a hot head and with the lack of knowledge and experience can easily end you up with both short and long term injuries. Wrongly chosen exercises, bad moves and fake advices can reduce the efficiency of your training goals, or leads you towards failure. Fitness is a way of life, which is starting with workouts and healthy eating. It is a common blank spot in our minds, that passiveness can cause your body more trouble, than controlled and authentic trainings. Human body is not functioning perfectly without physical activity. Personal trainings are useful to even those, who are struggling with health conditions. Before you start training regularly, always consult with your doctor. Luckily, it is very rare to have that kind of a problem, which does not allows you to sport. I am aiming to help everyone, who needs a helping hand in training, needs professional control. I try to be your partner who motivates you and be the person that you can train with. I do not have a target audience or any preferences, I can easily work with anyone, irrespectively of age or gender.
